custom home construction throughout
the South Bay and Orange County.

SC Construction Company
was founded by in 1990.
It specializes in design
build projects...both large and small.
A typical project will start out
with a site review and discussions
with client to determine 'what is
desired'. Working closely with the
customer, the project scope of work
and budget is outlined. SC Construction
then offers designs that meet the
client's goals until a decision to
go forward is made and a contract
is agreed upon. On larger projects,
the company often works closely with
the client's architect on the design
phases. This architect/client/contractor
collaboration at the inception of
a project often allows for meeting
the client's construction goals at
a considerable savings - both in
time and cost.
